This interactive model tries to convey core features of the structure of Objectivism.
To reiterate, a model like this is merely an aid towards conceptualisation: Objectivism isn’t ‘made of spheres’. What the model attempts to concretise is the hierarchical relationship between part/whole; the separation of conceptual entities (as spheres) and their subsequent cogent integration (each arranged and scaled via the golden ratio, with externality/internality as key factor).
It is based on threes (see my previous few posts which explains why).
The initial three here represent the philosophical branches (here coloured for the sake of clarity):
• Metaphysics (blue);• Epistemology (red);• Axiology (green) ~ ethics + politics + æsthetics.
It can be seen as what does/doesn't ‘contain’ what (within context). Rotation alters context.
These spheres could further divide-up into sub-spheres ~ a spiralling set of nested trichotomies which aims to capture Objectivism’s epistemological unfolding, and it may spin out here next month…
